I know what it’s like to grow up in the spotlight.

I started performing young, while other kids were still just being kids. The expectations were relentless, and for years I didn’t realize how deeply I had tied my worth to my performance.

That belief came at a cost: burnout, depression, and eventually a crisis that forced me to confront what performance culture had taken from me.

Later, I left the music industry and built a successful career in tech and strategy. But success on paper is not the same thing as being whole.

Everything changed when I became a parent and started asking a different question:

What would it take for a child to pursue big dreams without losing themselves in the process?

That question became
Night Wing Navigation.

ALONG the WAY

ALONG
the WAY

Lived experience.
Backed by training.

I’m a Certified Professional Coach through Lumia’s ICF-accredited program, with a Master’s degree from Wesleyan University and a BA in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College.

That means the guidance I offer families is not just personal — it’s grounded in coaching ethics, developmental insight, and real-world strategy.

I bring lived experience, formal education, and clear-eyed decision support to families navigating an industry that rarely slows down long enough to protect childhood.

ABOUT YOU

You want your child to thrive —

Not pay for success with their wellbeing. You want them to have opportunities without losing their joy, their health, or your relationship along the way.

Maybe you’ve read the books, followed the experts, and listened to every opinion in the waiting room. Still, the pressure is relentless. Every decision feels loaded. Every next step feels like it could open a door — or create damage you can’t easily undo.

What you need is not more noise.
You need a grounded voice, a clear lens, and someone who understands both the promise and the cost of this world.

That's where I come in.

My Role in Your Story

I'm not here to override your instincts as a parent.

I’m here to help you strengthen them.  I give families the clarity, structure, and support to navigate this industry without sacrificing values, connection, or their child's sense of self.

This is work best done early — but even if you’re already facing challenges, it’s never too late to reset and repair.
